- Initial consultation with a Maze planner to discuss vision, design and establish the context of your event
- Ongoing consultations with your Maze planner to facilitate the perfect selection of venue, location, stylist, caterers, musicians, photographers, videographers, lighting specialists and even tailors and dressmakers
- Routine updates to keep you in the planning loop, to refresh your vision and maintain open dialogue between planner and client
- Management of contracts and suppliers
- On day coordination of your event including timeline management, supplier coordination and on sight management
